We're picking 7 vendors to shape how REO bids actually work.
REO brokers are tired of chasing bids over text. We're building a portal that makes it easy for both sides — and we want 7 working vendors to break it with us before everyone else gets in.
What founding vendors get
Lifetime free vendor seat
When the paid vendor tier rolls out, you don't pay. Ever. Goes with your profile, not a promo code.
Founding-vendor badge
A small mark on your vendor card that brokers see across the network. First-in-the-door signal.
Direct line to the team
Text us. Slack. Whatever. You hit a wall in the portal, we fix it that week.
First dibs on visibility
When cross-broker discovery flips on, founding vendors surface first in their county.
What we ask in return
30-minute onboarding call
We walk through your setup live, fix anything that's confusing, answer your questions.
1–2 sandbox bids
Use a job you already finished. We give you a fake property like '123 Beta Street'. You run the full bid → award → invoice loop. No real money.
Blunt feedback for 60 days
When something's broken, tell us. When something's slow, tell us. That's the deal.
How a sandbox bid works
- 1We create a fake property in your city — '123 Beta Street, your town, your zip'. It only exists in test mode.
- 2You get a bid invitation by email, just like a real one.
- 3Open the vendor portal. Upload BEFORE photos from a real prior job. Submit your bid (line items or your own bid PDF).
- 4We mark you as awarded. You upload AFTER photos and a final invoice. Submit for payment.
- 5Our project coordinator reviews it. You see exactly what they see, including any corrections requested. We do this loop 1–2 times.
- 6After 60 days we ask: where did this slow you down? Where did it actually save you time?
Apply for a seat
7 seats total. We pick based on trade mix, location coverage, and how engaged you sound. We'll email everyone within a week either way.
