From your phone, or a field helper's phone through a link you send. Portrait shots get flagged right away.
You: Point and shoot. Pick the property once.

Stamped, sized and sorted
Dated, sized to that client's limit, and put on the file, inspection or bid it belongs to.
You: Nothing.

Checked
Before and after shots, a stamp on every photo, photos on every line that needs them. Flagged now, not in a rejection.
You: Clear the flags, or say why one's wrong.

Out the door
A dated addendum with their header, or loose files with the metadata intact. Filed in the property's folder in your cloud.
You: Attach it, or upload it in the portal.
Before the appraiser does
Spot FHA repair items while the photos are still on your desk.
The same field photos get checked for the visible conditions that usually hold up an FHA-insured loan. The more you shoot, the more it can see.
It reads photos. It doesn’t inspect the house.

What it looks for
- Peeling paint on pre-1978 surfaces
- Missing handrails on three or more steps
- Exposed wiring, missing GFCI in wet areas
- Broken windows, damaged roof covering
- Plumbing leaks and standing water
- Trip hazards, structural cracks, foundation defects
Where it stops
It only ever stamps and resizes.
It never changes what’s in the picture, never uploads to a portal for you, and never moves a late inspection date on its own. Your photos stay in your account.
